Twenty years now have passed since the war between Black Sabbath's Iron men and Deep Purple's Highway Stars. The island of Domination, once abandoned, now is home to the next generation of metal heads. Two groups vie for control of the island: The Sentinals, loyalists to Judas Priest's godfather Rob Halford and The Troopers, followers of Iron Maiden and Eddie. Sinners and killers fight side by side on the streets of domination island for control of the mighty metal industrial complex now known as British Steel.
