vCTF-Decked

Conversion of DM-Deck to CTF for Greed gametype.

This is not a straight conversion, several tweaks and additions have been made to accommodate the Greed gametype:

* Placed cap points at either side of the top deck
* Outside area is now accessible, either through the windows or ramps from lower Deck
* Added a Sniper platform overlooking the cap points
* Moved weapons, pickups and spawn points accordingly
* Reduced damage and depth of the Goo on lower deck
* Reduced overall amount of meshes and other actors for optimisation
* Tweaked post-processing and lighting
