It is a big, opened deathmatch level set in space environment. I added many jumppads and five platforms (four on the side of the main arena and one above it). It also conatains a nice skybox with planets, suns, asteroids.
After my Egyptian style maps I wanted to create something different. The architecture of the level was created in relatively little time. I spent a little bit more time with finding out the most appropriate light effects. Unfortunatelly only when testing with bots I realized that the level had become too big, and you need many bots loaded to enjoy it. Thanks to this and to the size of level sometimes it is very slow. I tried to do everthing to omptimize it (zone portals, collisions, antiportals, blocking volumes), but I didn't manage to do it. I hope it won't cause too many inconveniences to you. If you have any idea how a level like this can be optimized please let me know. I also spent much time with creating the custom static meshes.
