ONS-APIV-Collapsar

An artificial collapsar, otherwise known as a singularity or "black hole", was created at the Grimaldi Research Array, but the experiment failed when the course of the collpsar could not be predicted.

The collapsar has a near-normal gravity field and a breathable atmosphere, held in place by the gravity well and marked by border buoys.

This encounter recreates the battle for control of the array.
