DOM-BWVunderlund

A guy calling himself Big Walt wanted me to make him his own level for some reason. Since he cries and boohoos a lot during games, I came up with this. Its a mouse sized map. Bots play the map ok, though sometimes suicide off the ledges for no good reason.

Changes:

* Fixed the problem with the crusher removing the second sniper rifle and all the ammo for it from play for the rest of the game.
* Improved the Toilet Trap
* Removed the Enhanced Shock Rifle and replaced it with invisibility.
* Added a music track, Scott's a Dork by Reel Big Fish :)
