DM-Gestalt0 based on DM-Gestalt from UT2003 build 927 fixed by AgentX* Postfixed and repacked by Lovok

Changes: Added music, added screens in menu, added wildcard and minor fixes. Fixed rocket ammos that were sinking into textures or raised too high, added cass_staticmesh.usx to package. Renamed map to Gestalt0 (zero) [DM-Gestalt.ut2 -> DM-Gestalt0.ut2 and cass_staticmesh.usx -> cass_staticmesh0.usx] to prevent interference with possible official release of this map by Epic in further Bonus Packs.
