I have to admit in my short time as a UT2003 player I didn't download that many custom maps, so I still have never seen the original DM-Akbal but when I downloaded DM-Akbal2k4 and now this map DM-Altena I was immediately impressed. It wasn't until now that I realized they were both by the same mapper. It makes sense though and I can see that what he learned by doing Akbal he not only has a good handle on the editor but has a sense for what works well in connectivity and strategy for a map.
