Greetings all, today I have released the official revision of my second map ever, BR-Templus (UT2k3) for, you never guessed it, UT2k4! Since this is a revision of the old one I would like you the following questions.
For those that have played the old one and the new one: Has Templus improved since it's very first release?
For those that have played the new one, not the old one: How do you like this map?
For those that haven't played any of the twö: What are you thinking? :P

Never played the original version, but I just had a chance to check this out. Pretty slick... for being a Thorns-style map. Nice music :) and the eye-candy (when have a chance to breathe) is nice.
Overall, pretty good job. I would suggest however, adjusting the spawn points so they point in a better direction. I got turned around when spawning and had a hard time trying to get out of the spawn chambers fast enough -- but that's just me :D

Thanks for the comment, the respawn rooms being identical tends to make you lose the overview a bit. This little project was just something I had to get out of my system, because I was very irritated by the 'graphical splendour' of maps like Thorns, I felt like showing how it's done, and IMO I did a decent job. I'll try and adjust the playerstarts so that they're aimed at the door to insanity;)
Along with some other fixes that my right hand in this map, Carson 'Dregs' Smith, has found, a 1.1 is not far away, just like the CTF version:D

Great map Souldiversjosz. Nice Looks and it plays very good. It can become a little crowded when using the default botnumber. I lowered it to 8 players (instead of 10). Also I think the rocketlauncher is a bit to much for a map this size. Perhaps you put it in on purpose to create some chaos.

the 1.1 is still underway, but it's taking longer than expected due to exams and other stuff. Templus ain't dead yet!
