sos_ctf4ish

This map is a modified version by *SoS* of Openarena's original oa_ctf4ish. It's a little symmetrical CTF space map with different jumppads/teleporters to get from one platform to another platform in different ways. The bigger changes on original version (moreover addons) are:

* added new music
* pillars added in the middle of the map
* added one pillar on each base that move down, when activated by one of two buttons in base
* expanded the platform in the middle of the map
* no BFG, only 3 Rail shots per 60seconds (Rail is in the middle, down in the tube)
* added a strange long tube where you can walk in to get the rail; the tube is also a shield for players who use the jumppad on the side
* added a jumppad with a sliding little pad under each base
