Hi!

I haveing problems whit the Editor in U.T03 and hope anyone can help me... :I click on the "Cube" icon and "Subtract" it so i get a rom. But I cant mark the wall/floor when im clicking on it, if I right click on the wall normaly you get a smal window up where you can set in light, playerstart and the texture you want and more... But nothing happening here. I have used this editor before when it worked. When I make a "Cube" you can use the "Vertex Editing" to adjust the cube but it wont work Nothing happening!
I had the same problem before and after I reinstalled windows XP :(
Anyone know what to do? Send messages pls... I try everything! :B

My comp: 1,4Ghz, 768MBram, Radeon 9700PRO.

I got a 9500 pro and it kicks alot of fanny. Like no slowdowns in anything i've played or used yet. Anyways...

Did you try vertex editing with the alt key. Click an edge and hold alt then drag. It should work. It seems my ued3.0 is a little wacked sometimes too. All you should have to do is subtract whatever your subtracting, then left click on any plain surface. Or you could try to rightclick and go select all sides or whatever, i cant remember. Lol, but it should work. The right click menu also will allow the textures, lighting or whatever. But I can't seem to figure out why yours wont work. It usually even works clicking on the outside world. Weirdo :?

this has happened to me before but usually just restarting my PC cures it.

UTed3 is very unstable,i have had a loads of problems, the current one is that it has lost its snap to grid. :[

It looks like a reinstall is in order :(

If you have anti aliasing and/or anisotropic filtering enabled, turn it off. Having it enabled can sometimes cause this problem. It happened to me once.

If you're having problems working Unreal Ed v.3, I suggest you head on over to 3D Buzz and check out the various Unreal Tournament 2003 Video Training Modules on offer.

You sound like you've not been using Unreal Ed long, so these tutorials are a MUST if you want to get into map editing. Give them a go! It can only help!
