How to fix Mapraider ??

I have been trying for the past year and a half, to get through to Mapraider. I got a message from FM over a year ago, but was not able to reply, because "we're sorry, but there was an error processing your request". Same thing happens, when I try to upload a map. Doesn't anyone know how to fix this ?? Come on, there has to be.
