Who can I talk to about having a mapack hosted here? It is ready for release and includes 9-10 UT2K4 CTF Maps.

You don't need to talk to anyone really, you can submit it right away and upload it to Filefront via the ftp site. All the instructions will be provided to you while you are submitting. -

Be sure to ZIP up your files before you upload them, which will decrease the size of the files dramatically.
