DM-Alcatraz

A prison facility with an industrial theme. This is a reworked version of the Unreal map of the same name.

* You can toggle the lockers of the electric chair and the gas chamber by touching the trigger or by shooting it.
* If you play with 16 bit colours the skybox will be a little ugly, with 32bit it's better.
* To all the people who will email me "why isn't the map like the original Alcatraz?", or something like that ... Because the original Alcatraz looks ugly! I've tried to leetify it, otherwise that map looked like digital vomit. And don't complain about an unreal scaling, it's not a real map, it has to be playable with UT!
