Does any one have a conversion of q2himdm1 from quake2

I am after this map for unreal 2004, i have the map on both quake 3 and the first unreal Tournament, is it possible to convert the old map from unreal Tournament to unreal 2004 and how, i am crap at map making and my attemps to make the map have not worked, can any one help me
